In this key role, you will oversee end-to-end financial management, including general ledger accounting, monthly close procedures, reconciliations, and strategic advisory. You will also manage non-profit fund accounting, grant tracking, and supporting schedules for Form 990 filings, while providing complete payroll administration, payroll tax reporting, and annual W-2/1099 distribution. The ideal candidate holds an active CPA license, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, and 3+ years of experience in public accounting or client advisory services. salary: $62,000 - $145,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping & Advisory: Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and monthly closes while delivering financial statements and workflow optimization for clients.
- Non-Profit Accounting & 990 Prep: Oversee fund accounting and grant tracking, preparing required schedules and documentation for Form 990 compliance.
- Payroll & Tax Administration: Process end-to-end client payroll, file payroll tax returns, and issue annual W-2 and 1099 forms.
