General Laborer - Sidney

Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with Cargill Inc in Sidney. This position supports daily production operations in a fast-paced reprocessing and packaging environment, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday 7:00-3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable reading and following written work instructions and accurately completing basic production paperwork.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality to support production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with reprocessing and packaging operations according to established procedures.
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
• Transfer containers of oil into designated totes following production guidelines.
• Record and register batch numbers, product information, and production data accurately.
• Perform routine housekeeping and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
